The shelf life of the material is 24 months under the condition that the original packaging bag is sealed, dry, stored without direct sunlight and the temperature is 5 ℃ - 35 ℃. Avoid freezing.

Construction conditions

Substrate requirements: the coating surface of architectural coating must be dry, firm, clean and flat;

Construction environment: the ground temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃, and the ambient humidity shall be lower than 85% to ensure good film formation;

Please strictly abide by the construction time limit parameters!

Diluent can be added appropriately according to different construction methods and construction environment, but the dilution ratio shall be strictly controlled. Excessive diluent is strictly prohibited. The main agent and curing agent must be mixed in the correct proportion. The main agent shall be mixed with an electric mixer first, and then slowly add curing agent to fully mix evenly;

Surface treatment

The compressive strength of base course must be greater than 30n / mm2.

Correct base treatment is conducive to obtain ideal performance.

The substrate surface must be firm, clean and free from loose particles, oil, esters, or other impurities. Use industrial cleaners to remove oil, grease, wax, etc., or use mechanical cleaning methods to remove grease. Sand blasting can be used for cement mortar, loose particles, release agent, curing agent and other impurities, and the bonding strength of the base course after surface treatment shall be at least 1.5n/mm2 (tensile test method can be used to test at the speed of 100N / s).

Surface defects such as holes and cracks in the base course can be repaired with epoxy mortar series to obtain a smooth and flat surface. To prevent the wall and column from being splashed by epoxy products during construction, polyurethane protective plate and protective layer shall be used;
