Solution: strengthen the inspection and treatment of the base course surface, carefully check whether there are bubbles on the surface after each coating, and there shall be no omission, and then proceed to the next process after the film is cured.

The reasons for incomplete hardening of epoxy resin floor paint are as follows:
1. Incorrect material mixing ratio;
2. Excessive content of main agent or no epoxy curing agent;
3. The humidity is too low or the material does not react completely.
Solution: prepare materials according to the standard mixing ratio of main agent and curing agent, mix evenly before construction, and try to avoid construction under low temperature and humidity conditions. The problem area shall be neatly cut off with an art knife, the ground shall be cleaned after cutting, wiped with xylene, and the repaired area shall be bonded with adhesive tape.
After the primer is dry, fill it with paint, and trowel the joint with the tape. If the repair marks are obvious, grind them with an sandpaper machine.
Shrinkage of epoxy resin floor
Shrinkage cavity is one of the common problems in epoxy resin floor construction, which leads to defects on the floor surface and greatly reduces the beauty and practicability of the ground.
The shrinkage cavity of epoxy resin floor is mainly due to the uneven surface tension caused by temperature change, and the fluid flows from the low surface tension to the high surface tension, thus forming a depression.
Solution: to reduce floor shrinkage, the key point is to design the coating production formula with strong adaptability, control the coating manufacturing process and strengthen the detection of coating raw materials.
If the shrinkage has been caused, it is difficult to completely solve it. The degree of shrinkage needs to be controlled by the combination of internal and external factors. The best way is to reduce the existence of pores by selecting a better defoamer.
